We enjoyed great value rooms and savoury food.

Everything was simply perfectly fine. The hotel was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC and spotless, it had free wi-fi, its location was nice to main tourist spot. The food was well priced. The staff was service-oriented, as for 3-stars property.

Our room itself was great value for money and neat for simple breakfast. The staff were superbly friendly and accommodating, and we could use wake up calls and ironing free of charge.

Spotless hotel, loved to be very close to the metro station and the bus stop and orchard and changi and restaurants that offer both affordable and delicious food thanks to best possible location. The room we had included a storage space and a kettle. The bathroom was nice, beds where comfortable. All the stuff was service-oriented.

The rooms reasonably large and brand-new with 2 separated beds, squeeking matresses. A wide array of options, appetising food. Location adjacent to orchard and changi.

This hotel is excellent value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is superb, with the hotel being very near Bras Basah MRT station and within walking distance of Bugis Street and Bugis station. The staff provide great service and the rooms are clean, renovated, and equipped with disabled access. Additionally, the breakfast included is a nice touch.

It was centrally located. The room itself while small was quite neat.

The facade and the common areas were very nondescript, cluttered, filled with cleaning materials, etc. For the location, the hotel could have easily done better with minimal incremental maintenance.

Great location in Downtown Singapore, facilities are basic but you get what you pay for. It is, however clean and quiet which says something. Staff are a little oblivious to what their function is and don't seem to care. Shame because it would make the stay all the better

I recently stayed at a hotel near Suntec for a conference, and I must say that this hotel was a great find. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always willing to assist with any requests. The room itself was clean and had all the basic amenities I needed, including a fridge and a safe. The internet speed was surprisingly fast, which was a pleasant surprise. Although the hotel didn't serve breakfast, there was a local food court just across the street, providing plenty of options to start the day. Additionally, there was a 7-11 conveniently located right next to the hotel, making it easy to grab any necessities I needed during my stay. I found the location to be excellent, within walking distance to Suntec and with great access to public transportation options.

I couldn't find any faults with this hotel, everything was just fine.

For the price I paid, there are much more nicer, cleaner and better hotels even if I compare with an expensive city like in for instance Hong Kong. For the price of Sing dol 160 it is not worth it. Let me give an example of South Horizon hotel in Hong Kong which is a much nicer, cleaner and bigger hotel and in a much more central location of Causeway Bay where I could stay for between s$ 130 to s$160 depending on the season. Victoria is a dump compared to South Horizon. Anyway Spore has become so overpriced and over sold for everything. Compared to hk for a visit it is not worth it and it can no way compare to hk nor other expensive Asian cities in China, Japan or Korea in value in terms of attraction, culture, efficiency, restaurants,local transportation and attractions. It is worst compared to Bangkok or kl in fair value. Please convey this to the management.

We had a triple room and it was spacious for three, enough room for suitcases which is not always the case. Very convenient shopping at the Bugis Mall, Singapore Flyer and Arab Street is in walking distance, have stayed there before and would stay again.

The hotel had free wifi and a convenient location. It was next to a 7-11 and opposite a mall where you could find inexpensive and delicious food. the staff went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable and even helped us with our departure.

The beds were a little uncomfortable and our shower screen needed fixing. However, these issues did not affect our overall experience at the hotel.

I think the best is the location near from mrt and bus stop, and offcourse the rate is very reasonable for the facility in every room.

The hotel was very central, convenient for public transport and very reasonably priced.

It was noisy at night. Not the hotel's fault! But for some reason the guests spoke loudly E.G. at 3:00am in the corridor about half of the nine nights I was there. The hotel should put up signs asking people to be considerate after midnight.
